Pondeer is a social media content creation and scheduling tool. The Service allows you to draft, generate, and schedule posts to third-party platforms such as X (Twitter).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
